Many CONGRATULATIONS to a very talented GEORGIA KEAYS who has just been announced as making the Scrapbooking Memories 2009 Masters List.  We spotted the talent in Georgia two years ago and are thrilled to see her reach this major milestone as a coveted master; and in such a short time!
